Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 2-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 2 days to return/ exchange the product after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

You can always contact us for any questions at contact@kalakshwatches.com. The refund will be issued within 2 business days after we receive the product and packaging in the same condition. If its a prepaid order, it will be credited to the source account. For a COD order, we will issue it on your UPI ID.

KEEP IN MIND

  • To capture a photo/ video of the product and packaging before shipping the product for proof in case we receive a damaged package to ensure a seamless refund.
  •  In case of repeated exchange/return requests, please note that we will deduct the to and fro shipping fee for all requests after 1.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

SPECIAL ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns / refunds on custom and or engraved items for obvious reasons.
  • The full amount is refunded in case of returns except for add on values for express shipping and gift wrap for obvious reasons.
